Get Fit for the King!

Ladies,
Are you ready to Get Fit for the King? You are invited to take part in an energizing aerobic workout every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Praise to the King Ministries, lead by Apostle Gilliam. Praise to the King members and friends are invited to wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a towel, bottle of water and a mat (if you have one) and join us for fun, faith and fitness.
